Niki Ghavam is a marriage, couple, and family therapist associate currently working under the supervision of Dr. Bernous. Niki earned her bachelor's degree in general psychology and her master's in marriage, couple, and family therapy. She conducts psychotherapy to help individuals, couples, and families identify and address various issues ranging from trauma, anxiety, depression, mood and behavior disorders to substance/addiction disorders. Niki has additional training in Gottman's Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2) and Trauma-Focused CBT.

Niki provides a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for her clients to feel heard, understood, and supported in making positive changes, building healthier connections, and navigating the complexities of relationships and personal growth.

Niki's approach is based on the premise that self-knowledge and self-awareness are the most powerful means of self-improvement. She helps clients gain awareness and build inner strength to develop healthier coping mechanisms, improve communication, and nurture satisfying relationships.

Niki provides therapy both in English and Farsi.
