Maxwell Shack is an Associate Counselor with a strong foundation in clinical mental health and educational psychology. He earned his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Wake Forest University. His work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Maxwell specialize in working with adults and adolescents navigating depression, self-esteem and anxiety. His approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centered. He provide a safe, supportive space to process experiences, reframe thoughts, and build tools for lasting change, helping clients grow, gain insight, and move toward fulfilling lives.
